TRIP DETAILS

Just an overnight flight from Northamerica will take you back to winter in the Andes of Chile. You land in Santiago de Chile, Arturo Benitez airport (SCL). Flights normally arrive early morning.

From there we drive up to the mountains to Farellones area where is located the most famous resort of Chile that combine LOS TRES VALLES (THE THREE VALLEYS) , connecting LA PARVA, VALLE NEVADO AND EL COLORADO SKI RESORT. The terrain is huge and we can combine lots of lift assisted backcountry ski touring ground and also rely on lifts if needed. The idea is to spend few days there and use the last two days to drive out and ski the area of CAJON DEL MAIPO that offers amazing elevation gain and terrain in the area of the Volcan San Jose.

We stay in some cabins or hotel according to clients needs.

This trip combines two areas in Central Andes of Chile and you get to see a lot in only a week of skiing in the area of Santiago de Chile plus having some city life for a bit

INTINERARY

Day 1:
Arrival to SCL and drive to Farellones

Arrival on a Sunday morning, legs are stiff from the plane ride. So we get on the truck for only few hours drive and go to the mountains. Today if guests want we can do our first day of Skiing in Chile.

Day 2-3-4:
Ski LA PARVA , EL COLORADO AND VALLE NEVADO SLACKCOUNTRY

The first three days we settle base in Farellones and do day trips using the lifts of Valle Nevado, La Parva and El Colorado.  The options are endless. You ski in the 2000- 4000 meters altitude range with many lifts as pomas, chairlifts .

You can combine Valle Nevado and La parva with one ticket and another one to El Colorado.

Terrain offers ground for everyone, including mellow slopes to steep couloirs as La Chimenea.
